Returns

We offer and deliver a bouquet of exclusive branded pakistani articles that are selected post conducting stringent quality checks. Available to gamble with the help of golden dragon. However, we acknowledge that there may still be certain exceptional situations. We offer a return policy strictly again a manufacturing defect that may have missed our scrutiny.

1. You have 3 calendar days to report a return an item with a significant * manufacturing defect(s), from the date you received it. To put exclusions
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Your item must be in the original packaging
4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

We offer free shipping across India when you make a purchase. However, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs in case of returns, if any (please refer to our return policy above).
